Cancellations and reschedulings not made within 48 hours (2 working days), as well as unexcused no-shows, will be charged 50% (up to a maximum of 100.--) of the booked treatment, excluding processing and reminder fees.

Delays

Please be punctual. If you are late, I will do everything I can to still provide you with the best possible treatment. Since I cannot change other reservations, I ask for your understanding that I may have to shorten your treatment time. There is no entitlement to a replacement appointment.

Cancellations / Cancellation Policy

• Please don't miss your appointment. If you are forced to cancel, I understand. However, I ask for your understanding that I reserve these appointments exclusively for you.

• If you are unable to attend, please contact me 48 hours before your appointment. This will save you the cost of the treatment and give another client the opportunity to book.

• For cancellations/reschedulings not made within the aforementioned deadline, as well as for unexcused no-shows, you will be charged 50% (up to a maximum of 100.--) of the booked treatment, excluding processing (CHF 5.--) and reminder fees (CHF 10.--).

• Messages left on the answering machine and via email cannot be listened to or read outside of opening hours or on public holidays. Therefore, a response is not possible. Your appointment cancellation will only be considered valid after we receive your message during our opening hours.

• If you find a replacement client for your scheduled appointment, the costs will be waived. Please note that the replacement must be for an equivalent treatment.

• Acceptable excuses include: a doctor's certificate in case of illness. The certificate must reach us within 7 days. Otherwise, the excuse will no longer be accepted, and the full amount of the invoice will be due.
